Returns

We gladly accept returns for store credit ONLY. Items MUST be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. After this time frame, your return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and have original tags attached. No deodorant, perfume, smells, or make-up stains, etc will be accepted. Shoes must be in their original box with original stickers attached. Accessories, intimates, sale items, and special offers are FINAL SALE.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs of item(s). We do not provide return shipping labels.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Items purchased at 25% off or more are not eligible for return and are FINAL SALE.

Damaged/Defective Items

If you believe you have received defective merchandise or that we shipped incorrect merchandise, please contact us WITHIN 3 days of receiving your item at abiloucompany@gmail.com.

To Make a Return, No authorization is needed. Please refer to Return Policy above to ensure your return meets the criteria stated. Securely package your item(s) and include package slip, stating the reason for your return. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days to process the return and a store credit will be emailed to you directly.
